RETURN POLICY
Orders may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale listed below. Refunds are not available.
Please note that the following items are final sale:
- International orders shipped outside Malaysia and Singapore
- Custom orders, including engraved or altered items
- Earrings (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the above items.
If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact us to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorized by a customer service representative.
Return items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. Failure to comply may result in the denial of the return and/or deduction of a restocking or repair fee from any store credit issued.
If you wish to return the item for a refund to the original payment method, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order and shipped within 7 days of receiving a return authorization. Returns shipped beyond these timeframes will not be accepted.
Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGE & REPAIRS
If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please email us at studioaphor@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will cover the return shipping and redelivery expenses for items that meet our return criteria.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item following the guidelines above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
