MY ORDER

We offer both made-to-order and in-stock items. Made to order pieces ship within approximately 1-2 weeks of purchase. In stock pieces ship within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase. While we aim to process and ship orders within these time frames, these are estimates only, and orders may ship earlier or later depending on production and fulfillment capabilities. To view whether an item is made to order or in stock, please refer to the individual product page of the item.

If you have purchased a combination of made to order and in stock pieces, your entire order will ship once all items are complete. If you would like the in stock portion of your order to ship separately, please email us for special shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges will apply.

If your order has not yet shipped, we should be able to update your address, as long as the delivery country remains the same. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address.

Our packaging includes a sleek black pouch and a classic white STUDIO APHOR box. To minimize environmental impact, we pack 1-3 items in each pouch and place them inside the white box. If this is a gift for someone special and you need an additional box, please let us know. To include a personal message, simply select the "Add order note" option; it will be handwritten on a gift note exactly as entered.

Please email us at studioaphor@gmail.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. Please note that the order can not be cancelled if it has already been packed.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewelry, we advise handling it with care and avoiding activities that may lead to scratches. It is best to remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, and washing your hands. For further guidance on proper care, go to our Product Care.

Our packaging materials are designed with sustainability in mind and our boxes are FSC certified, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests.

All of our items are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as loose stones, broken clasps, or faulty plating. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading due to exposure to chemicals or water, nor does it cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos for review, and if approved, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
